The Madimack Heat Demand Controller (MJ Box) allows your pool heater to activate the pool circulation pump independently of the chlorinator, ensuring efficient and accurate pool heating without the risk of over-chlorination.

In a standard pool setup, the pool pump and chlorinator operate together on a timed filtration schedule. However, to maintain your desired pool water temperature, a pool heat pump may need to run outside these scheduled filtration hours.

The MJ Box solves this issue by enabling the heat pump to call for water flow using the “demand heat” function. This allows the pool pump to run only when heating is required, while keeping the chlorinator switched off, preventing excessive chlorine dosing.
